On the job training: provides students with the opportunity to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
Inclusive resource center: TOGETHER has its own liberary that has digital and brail resources in it and it is open for all diferently abel right-holders.

TOGETHER provides a fully equipped, accessible Project and Training Center in Addis Ababa in which capacity building is provided in form of TVET-accredited Basic Computer Skill Training in adaptive computer applications. This training offers a comprehensive combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling students to develop a strong foundation in the field of IT.
Braille literacy and Low Vision, health and independent living skills, English language and Entrepreneurship trainings are bening given to visually impaired young adults. Besides training, assistant tangible and audible study materials are being produced.

Upon the completion of the course, trainees will sit for CoC exams Level 1, which ensures that students have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the IT industry. These exams are designed to test students’ understanding of IT concepts and technologies and validate their expertise in the field.
The ones who passed the COC exam will be placed in the on-the-job training program, which provides students with the opportunity to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. This practical experience is invaluable for students, as it allows them to hone their skills and gain the confidence needed to succeed in their future careers.

The TOGETHER Resource Center, located at our headquarters, is dedicated to empowering individuals with diverse abilities by providing accessible tools, learning materials, and technology resources tailored to their needs. Equipped with adaptive technology, specialized software, and trained staff, the center supports individuals in building essential skills for education, employment, and daily life. As a welcoming, inclusive space, the Resource Center embodies TOGETHER’s commitment to removing barriers and fostering independence and professional growth for persons with disabilities in Ethiopia.
